Identifying a further gap for reliable, high-integrity handling during times of crisis, he subsequently co-founded WE Pack to provide clients with an honest, trustworthy contents management service.

Rafael Gamez is a seasoned restoration professional with more than 30 years of experience in contents management, pack-out services, water damage restoration, estimating, and project management. Throughout his career, Rafael has built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, efficient project execution, and expert handling of residential and commercial loss claims.
Currently serving as Content Manager for We Pack Inc in San Diego, California, Rafael oversees contents restoration, inventory management, pack-out operations, and customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process. His extensive background includes leadership positions with industry-recognized organizations including ServiceMaster, SERVPRO, Paul Davis Restoration, and Bill Howe Restoration.
Having progressed from Water Damage Technician, Project Manager, and Content Manager, Rafael brings a unique combination of hands-on field expertise and executive-level operational leadership. His experience spans water, fire, smoke, mold, and catastrophe losses, with specialized knowledge in contents restoration, electronics recovery, textile restoration, inventory documentation, and large-loss project management.
Rafael is passionate about helping homeowners and businesses recover after disasters by ensuring their personal belongings and valuable assets are handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. His commitment to excellence, team development, and client communication has made him a trusted leader within the restoration industry.

Outside of work, Rafael enjoys spending quality time with his family and following his favorite sports teams. He is an avid supporter of the San Diego Padres, San Diego State Aztecs Basketball, and the Boston Celtics.
Rafael and his wife, Luisa, have been together for 28 years and have built a strong family centered on faith, commitment, and community. They are proud parents of their son, Luis, and daughter, Jasmine, and proud grandparents to two granddaughters and one grandson, who bring tremendous joy to their lives.
Rafael is also committed to giving back to his community and volunteers with the Mira Mesa Softball League, supporting local youth athletics and helping create positive experiences for young athletes and their families.

Jocelyn Fuentes Galvez has been part of the packaging industry since 2020. She began her career as a Packer and, through her dedication, hard work, and leadership skills, advanced to the role of Lead Supervisor at We Pack Inc. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience in team leadership, warehouse operations, quality control, and customer service.
Jocelyn is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to expand her knowledge and continue growing within the industry. She is passionate about learning new skills, improving processes, and contributing to the success of her team and organization.
In her spare time, Jocelyn enjoys reading books, working out at the gym, hiking, and spending time with her dogs. She also appreciates the importance of rest and considers a good night’s sleep one of life’s simple pleasures.

Miguel Lara-Rodriguez has been in the industry for nearly two years.
